This elegant home on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales could be a dreamy hideaway for your next reunion with friends or family. Relax and play in your own walled garden, stoke that competitive fire in the games room, or simply get back to basics and spend some quality time in the spacious and stylish reception rooms. Begin in the entrance hall where you can drop your muddy boots. Head through to the welcoming kitchen, your social hub, where you can unwind and chat around the family table while the chefs among you enjoy the contemporary kitchen. The comfortable lounge and games room have your entertainment needs met on rainy days, with ample sofas to laze on. There’s even a little study snug, so the workaholics among you can get some emails or lines of Yorkshire-inspired poetry penned. When you’re truly tuckered out from the day, head to your bedrooms. A peaceful and inviting double room sits on the ground floor as well as a twin room perfect for little adventurers. Upstairs, an indulgent king-size room in the eaves of the house enjoys a wash of light from the countryside and a second double room provides another tranquil hideaway. The outdoor space of this house is a feast. Discover little romantic seating areas, eat alfresco on the patio and play games on the lawn.

Orchard House is really well equipped and very comfortable. It enjoys a peaceful location with beautiful views from the large garden, yet is only a few minutes walk from a supermarket and some excellent restaurants in Richmond. It was the perfect location for us for a family holiday.

Cottage was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Amenities provided were fab loved the games room and selection of games and books. Views from the hot tub were magnificent and the grounds of the cottage well kept. Literally a 5 minute walk to town centre and a great little park at the bottom of the street.
