Wooden floors and muted carpets contrast beautifully with dark flashes of colour on feature walls, soft furnishings and quirky artwork. Boasting two living rooms, there is no need for young and old to argue over film choices! The first elegant drawing room offers comfortable seating and a TV/DVD, and French doors to the garden. The second has a large corner sofa and a wood burner, perfect for cosy evenings in watching a movie. Enjoy informal breakfasts at the table or a coffee on the window seat in the kitchen, warming toes against the AGA, or gather everyone together for a celebratory meal in the light-filled dining room. The utility room and entrance hall are handy extra spaces for large parties. Young and old alike will be delighted with the dartboard and table football in the games room. Upstairs, the four bedrooms, styled beautifully in soothing pastel tones, are spacious and bright, and with two en-suites, a family bathroom and a further WC downstairs, there is no need to queue! There is much to suit young and old, with activities for daredevils and those that prefer a more sedate pace. Head to the sandy beach of Old Hunstanton (6 miles) for sunbathing and paddling, whilst Holkham Beach (17.5 miles) is so vast it’s like you have the place completely to yourself. Explore the parkland at Sandringham Estate (4 miles) and discover chalk grasslands at Ringstead Downs (4.5 miles). The maritime town of King’s Lynn (14 miles) has a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs, whilst thrill-seekers will love NorthShore SUP & Surf (12 miles) and Hunstanton Watersports (5 miles). Find a high ropes course, assault courses and quad biking at ExTREEme Adventure (16 miles) or, for a quieter time, head to Paint me Ceramics (5 miles) for some pottery painting.

Beautiful Farmhouse in beautiful location. Well equipped and comfortable. Games room a valuable addition for our 9 year old Grandson. Just a 7 minute walk to the Rose and Crown for excellent food. Also The Old Store, a lovely venue for lunch. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children enjoyed the space and comfort and would certainly return. Highly recoRead moremmended. Hide

This is a lovely house with plenty of room for everyone. A very pleasant village and the Rose and Crown and the Old Store lived up to their well deserved 5 stars! We all enjoyed ourselves from the 4 year old to the 70 year old! would highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation, and very well equipped. Lovely location. More attention needs to be made with regard to the present state of the summerhouse. Do not let children near it until the appropriate repairs have been carried out.

A beautiful home in a peaceful location. Enjoyed some special family time in this well equipped home. Enough space for a large family. Would definitely consider visiting again.
