A lovely, spacious home in a fantastic location. Walk out through the gate at the end on the garden onto the beach and five minutes to the cafe for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee or ice cream.

Fantastic location right on the beach, yet secluded enough not to feel exposed. Very sheltered patio area, great for sunbathing, even in late September! We had everything we needed - spacious rooms, comfy beds, kitchen and living areas worked well for a large group and the 2 bedrooms overlooking the sea were huge. 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful week in Oceans. The location couldn't be better, sea at the bottom of the garden and the Bluebird cafe a 2 minute walk. So peaceful. Plenty of garden furniture to relax on, umbrellas to provide shade which was needed, we were so fortunate having a sunny week. Beds very comfortable. This is an amazing house, even though we had seen all the pictures it definitely had the wow factor when we opened the door. It has a wonderful position with the beach literally at the end of the flat grassed garden, perfect for rock pooling, paddling or walking at low tide. Wonderful holiday home by the sea. Perfect for families to get together, plenty of space if you need 5 mins to chill. Loved the laundry facilities, no washing to return home to!
