The spacious and welcoming lounge is surrounded by windows overlooking the garden. Wonderfully light and relaxing, with high ceilings, exposed beams, stylish furnishings and a traditional wood burner, this is a perfect space to relax in and catch up with a movie or chat about the day’s adventures. A couple of steps lead up from the hall into the bright and stylish country-style kitchen/diner. Fully equipped and with a large dining table, this is an ideal social space for preparing and sharing your favourite meals. A delightful double bedroom can also be found on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor. The light and inviting master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, and there’s also a relaxing double room. The bathroom features a spa bath and WC. The first floor is completed by a twin bedroom with a mezzanine level accessed via paddle steps, housing another set of twin beds. Please note the mezzanine level has restricted head height and take care when using the paddle steps. Stepping outside, the large garden features an attractive patio area with plenty of seating, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or some al fresco dining. Ample off-road parking is available for four cars.

Beautiful property, modern but with lots of character. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, spacious with plenty of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and a gorgeous log burner in the living room. Lovely farm shop right next door too! Can't wait to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful Christmas at Oaktree House. We received a warm and friendly welcome, a gorgeous hamper of goodies and were thrilled to find a real Christmas tree already set up for us. The spacious house was spotless and comfortable. Having the Farm shop next door for last minute luxuries was an added bonus.

Great location, comfortable accommodation for a large family get together with secure parking for circa 6+ cars which stops children/ pets escaping from the garden area. Farm shop adjacent was amazing. Best to use access from parking as front door sometimes obstructed by equipment from the farm shop.

We had a fantastic stay as a party of 7 adults and 2 young children. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of space for us all and we loved the large table in the kitchen to eat together! Good parking in front of house. Great having farm shop next door and staff very friendly. Due to close proximity to shop noisy when deliveries come early morning so ok if you are early riser but not so good if you like to sleep in!. Not great for walking to Saundersfoot as no footpath on main road- but only 5-10 min drive

Overall a lovely house. Very spacious. We had a really lovely stay. I think it should be made more clear for dog owners that there is nowhere to walk your dogs because the house is on a main road. We were ok because our dogs are small, but for anyone with larger dogs you would have to take the car and find somewhere. Great central location with a secure large garden which was helpful with two Labradors. House was very spacious with a large comfortable lounge. Farm shop next door was very handy. The walk up from saundersfoot beach had some hills but the exercise probably did us good!

We had a lovely week at this property, 12th-19th May. The house is beautiful, plenty of room so we weren't all on top of one another. A secure front garden for our dogs. Unfortunately the back garden is inaccessible. Ideal having the Farm Shop next door. Location is excellent for both Saundersfoot and Tenby, just minutes away by car. Great place to stay. House was very comfortable and well equipped. We had young children and a dog in our party and they were equally catered for. Couple of minutes by car to beaches and amenities. Would stay again.

Lovely house, location and owners. Plenty of fire wood for the log burner. Lovely welcome pack and farm shop next door. All guests enjoyed and had plenty of space. Rooms comfy and great showers. Towels provided. We would recommend staying here.

A fantastic house with plenty of room and facilities. We stayed in February but the property was lovely and warm and having the log burner was nice. The garden was very secure for the 2 dogs in our party with plenty of space. The house had a very homely feel and i would definitely stay there again. The closest pubs were closed as we stayed out of sRead moreeason and you couldn't walk safely to them so be prepared to drive everywhere. Hide

House was lovely and roomy for eight people and would accommodate ten easily. Plenty of secure parking. Nice outdoor living space with bbq outdoor seating and washing line. Friendly welcoming hosts who run a great farm shop next door. House clean and tidy on arrival.

Cottage was well maintained very clean when we arrived owners never bothered us but always on hand if needed bonus we farm shop next door 15 gift voucher on arrival to spend at shop and 10% offthere after. all in all a lovely place

This house is lovely. Great location close to everything you need. The gates give it privacy to a big drive/garden safe for our large dog to roam around. Even though your by the main road you cant here any noise. The house was big enough for our family plus large dog and everything is clean and tidy. The shop next door is brilliant.
