The property is a stone barn conversion, set amid pretty, romantic grounds. Head in to discover a clever reverse-living design, with a set of tranquil bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom is a great option for a small family within your party, with a spacious king-size room leading to a single bedroom and en-suite bathroom. A further twin and king room complete the collection, offering a range of bright, natural decor and heaps of space. Head upstairs to the vast living area, with light streaming in from dual aspect windows. The space combines kitchen, lounge, and dining room. The kitchen is a sociable area, where your designated chefs can chat as they rustle up dinner, which you can enjoy around the dining table surrounded by views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. The barn enjoys a proud spot beside the sea. Take a morning stroll down the track to Lamorna Cove, a stunning rocky inlet, whose bright blue waters have inspired Post-Impressionist artists to set up their easels on the cliffs. Explore Lamorna village while you’re here, take a turn around the clifftop Chygurno Gardens, or rest for a while with a local pint at Lamorna’s traditional local pub. From here you can also join the South West Coast Path, which shimmies along the shore from Somerset to Dorset. Wear out your walking boots and store up some scenic memories to take home. Or take a day trip to the charming fishing port of Mousehole, a 4-mile coastal drive or walk away. Look around the village’s independent art shops and savour a seaside cuppa at one of its pretty cafes.

The barn was of a high standard we were doing a course of T'ai Chi in St Ives and all the students thought it was a very peaceful place so quiet and relaxing. I stayed in Top Shelter and felt very relaxed we all had a great time there . We rented Munnings Barn and the Owls House as well. I recommend it to anyone needing a place of peace.

Fantastic place to stay. We loved it and the amazing views. It was nice and peaceful. We were there when a storm swept across the coast and it was great watching the rain across the water and then outside while we sat in the warm. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place

Munnings Barn offered fantastic family accommodation - perfect for those with several generations to consider at once. The barn was very clean, spacious and fitting with 'home from home' conveniences to make your stay a real pleasure. We chose the barn for its rural location and proximity to the coast path - we are avid walkers and the situation waRead mores perfect for our needs. This is a lovely cottage in a wonderful location. This is the second time we have stayed here and there are so many wonderful places to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this for a peaceful, restful holiday within reach of some beautiful beaches (most of which are dog friendly from the beginning of September)

Munnings barn is located in a rural and beautiful area of cornwall and has spectacular views of the sea. We loved Lamorna cove which is walking distance form the barn. Also Newlyn which is nearby was great for fish. Will definitley love to return.

We had a lovely time here. Convenient for buses to most places, and also a lovely walk into Lamorna cove for a swim in the evenings. Internet was patchy but mostly good enough.

Plenty of space for our family to meet up and in a beautiful tranquil setting - just what we wanted. Comfortable and very clean home and friendly owners have no hesitation in recommending Munnings Barn as a superb holiday base.
