With stunning scenery all around and a short walk down the private track to Lamorna Cove, there's beauty to be seen everywhere when staying in this wonderfully located property. Go for a walk along the South West Coast Path to see the county from a whole new perspective, or head for one of the nearby beaches for some sand, sea and surfing. Sennen and Porthcurno make for fantastic days out, or take a short drive to Land's End, England's most westerly point. Watch freshly caught fish be brought in at the harbour villages of Newlyn or Mousehole, carry on through to Penzance for a range of facilities, or go to Marazion and walk the famous causeway to St Michael's Mount.
Boasting four bedrooms, this superb reverse-level style accommodation has all of its sleeping quarters on the ground floor. The master bedroom is a huge space, with a king-size bed and TV, which then leads through to another room with a single bed. On from this, there is an en-suite bathroom, with separate shower cubicle and WC. The next bedroom has twin single beds, whilst the fourth has another king-size bed, with an additional single. The main bathroom is on the ground floor, with a separate shower cubicle and WC, and there is also a cloakroom along the corridor with another WC. Upstairs you will find the huge open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, an ideal space for socialising, eating and enjoying the spectacular panoramic views around the property. The lounge itself features comfortable chairs and sofas, ideal for relaxing on whilst enjoying your favourite show on the TV/DVD, plus some additional seating closer to the kitchen. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay, featuring an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, and there is a dining table to seat up to eight people for you to enjoy any home cooked meals together.
Sharing a large lawn with the other property on the complex, the outside space is ideal for children and dogs to run around and play in. There is a climbing frame for kids to make use of, meaning while they're occupied you can relax and while away the hours on the seating up on the balcony keeping watch with a good book or cup of tea. There is private parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The barn enjoys a proud spot beside the sea. Take a morning stroll down the track to Lamorna Cove, a stunning rocky inlet, whose bright blue waters have inspired Post-Impressionist artists to set up their easels on the cliffs. Explore Lamorna village while you’re here, take a turn around the clifftop Chygurno Gardens, or rest for a while with a local pint at Lamorna’s traditional local pub. From here you can also join the South West Coast Path, which shimmies along the shore from Somerset to Dorset. Wear out your walking boots and store up some scenic memories to take home. Or take a day trip to the charming fishing port of Mousehole, a 4-mile coastal drive or walk away. Look around the village’s independent art shops and savour a seaside cuppa at one of its pretty cafes.

We had a lovely break at the farmhouse. It was so peaceful being in the "middle of nowhere" with wonderful views of the sea, but still being only a few minutes from shops and restaurants and lovely villages.

We had a wonderful holiday, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony were stunning, with an added bonus of the resident dogs enjoying themselves in the fields and the owner is very pleasant and helpful.

Spacious, peaceful, secluded, some lovely walks nearby. Always plenty of hot water for showers (sufficient for the max occupancy which isn't always the case in my experience). Lovely cream tea on arrival. Even had some fresh flowers dotted around. A good family 'home' feel. A lovely place.

Our stay in Munnings Barn was lovely. We were a group of six (with one small dog) and we found the property to be very spacious, well equipped for our needs, and with more than enough kitchen crockery and utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the living space large. The welcome brochure was very useful (as well as informative). We also reallRead morey appreciated the cream tea that was provided on our arrival. It was a very welcome sight after about 7 hours of travelling! Hide

Located in an ideal position with views out over the fields to the sea. Quite and peaceful. Short walk to the Lamorna Wink, nearest pub/restaurant but if you do want to eat then booking is a must.

A spacious barn, comfortable and relaxing without the fear of children causing much damage.

Lovely house. Great location and very quiet. The owners of the property were very helpful and said if we needed anything just to ask.
