Just spent a week with family and friends. 4 adults 2 x 16 and 1 x 12. More than enough room. Great views, great hot tub, great holiday. Nearest pub not open during the day so a drive out is needed.

Lovely barn conversion, but needs alot of tlc on the cleaning front, hot tub in desperate need of attention, along with things. Garden not fully secure, but host did help with this, no amenities close by unless you wish to drive, local pub closed, had to drive everywhere.

We had a pleasant stay in the converted barn, if you dont mind spiders youll be fine! We had the most wonderful, relaxing time here. Between playing snooker on the full sized snooker table and relaxing in the hot tub, we enjoyed interacting with the friendly pony and two donkeys who loved being stroked. Tony is very friendly and was on hand in case we needed anything. Thank you for a lovely time!!!!

Monks treasure is a great place ,about 8mile or 20 mins from bude ,plenty of room ,great snooker table ,lovely hot tub ,the only negative is the lack of wifi for you if you have kids as the wifi on site doesn't reach inside the building so i had to rely on my hotspot on my phone placed on the snooker room roof.
