Detached bungalow with garden and games room in the seaside village of Fairbourne, surrounded by Snowdonia National Park. Perfect for family and friends to explore coast and countryside in North Wales.

Set in an idyllic location, just across the lane from the beach, with this property as your base you can make the absolute most of your holiday to the Welsh coast and never need travel far. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, this charming bungalow boasts five-star accommodation that will make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. Large groups have more than enough space to move around without feeling like everyone is on top of one another, with a snug as well as a spacious lounge to relax in, and two bedrooms with an en-suite – because no-one likes to have to queue for a hot bath after a day outdoors.

Inside, the property is bright and cheerfully decorated throughout, with splashes of colour and patterned soft furnishings. Groups of all ages, from children to pensioners, will be comfortable here, and the main living area at the heart of the bungalow is where you can all spend quality time together. Cook up a storm in the stylish and sleek kitchen/diner, where you can enjoy easygoing brunches and special sit-down dinners. On chilly evenings, light the wood burner in the lounge, and cosy up on the sofas and armchairs in the warm glow of the fire. Pick teams and play a board game on the coffee table, then watch a film while you sip hot drinks and snack on popcorn. Younger guests will adore having their own space in the colourful snug, where the Nintendo Wii console is sure to keep them entertained. Meanwhile you can relax and socialise or steal away to a quiet corner and read one of the books you’ve packed especially for the holiday. After a refreshing sleep in one of the pretty bedrooms, make breakfast and open the patio doors, to let the fresh morning air in. Play games on the large lawn and bask in the sun with a BBQ on the raised patio. The utility room’s washing machine will take care of any dirt or grass stains. There’s also a lockable bike store for keen cyclists.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The perfect place for a family holiday in a beautifully laid out, well-equipped cottage. The weather was extremely warm and sunny for the time of year, which enabled us to make the most of the idyllic, almost deserted beach across the road and the many stunning walks. Lovely cottage. Very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need - even candles for Mums birthday cake!! We made use of the games. Played trivial pursuit and on the wii (age ranges 51 to 79!) Perfect location - opposite the beach and great for a walk in either direction. Highly recommended.

This is a truly lovely cottage, with wonderful mountain views to the rear and a quiet, pristine beach just steps away from the front door. Comfortable for us. 4 adults & 4 children. The location is excellent. The beaches are superb and simply 200 yards away. The downer is the sea defences (loose pebbles) which are difficult for the younger and older members. Overall , GREAT

I would just like to add that the extra precautions that were taken in relation to COVID 19 were first rate. The holiday home is perfect so much so that we are back for new year and have booked for the same two weeks in 2021-I think that says it all
