A spacious comfortable house with parking for 3 cars on the drive. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor but there are 2 steps. .There is plenty of private outside space if needed for children. Shops are nearby and restaurants (when restrictions are lifted). There are plenty of takeaway food outlets in Richmond.

We had our 2 grandchildren 7 & 9 who loved the garden. It's a very safe location and the cottage is perfect for a large family ( 8 people ) with lots of space for everyone. It has been well thought out to accommodate a large party and we really enjoyed our dinners all together round one huge table.

Mill Race is superb. The house itself is beautiful - a lovely, spacious former mill building, tastefully decorated with all mod cons. The garden (with its hammock and big patio) is a lovely place to relax in the sun (if you're lucky, as we were!) There is a lovely walk straight from the property - through farmyard and fields down to the River SwaleRead more. At the same time, it's a 5 minute drive to Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and Dominos. Our hosts were very welcoming. Thank you. Hide

Lovely, spacious and comfortable cottage immaculately presented and very clean. Great garden which our kids really enjoyed. The actual location of the cottage was very secluded. Access to to Richmond (3 miles) and the Dales themselves was very easy. We loved the area and plan to visit again. Just be aware the cottage is not quite in the heart of thRead moree Dales and weigh this up when deciding if to book. Overall we would recommend for family groups and would consider using again.
