Boat trips to Caldey Island run from the harbour throughout the main season and fishing trips can be booked locally.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a small entrance porch which opens out into the main hallway. To the left, you will find the lounge, complete with three comfortable sofas centred around the wall-mounted Smart TV. Tasteful art and inviting décor make this the perfect cosy spot to for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Further down the hallway, you will find the open-plan kitchen/diner. The dining table can comfortably seat eight to enjoy a meal together and there's a cocktail cabinet for celebratory occasions. The well-equipped kitchen has the benefit of a gas Rayburn range oven, fridge/freezer, combi microwave and dishwasher. It's perfect for rustling up your favourite meals on holiday. A washing machine has also been provided for the convenience of doing laundry as you go. At the end of the hallway is a ground-floor bedroom with a king-size bed and ample storage for clothes and belongings along with an en-suite wet room with shower and WC – this is a wonderful sanctuary. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a further three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The double bedroom is spacious with ample storage and a Smart TV. There are a further two twin bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe and TV. The family bathroom is generously proportioned and benefits from a bath, separate shower and WC.
To the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard garden with an outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ provided – a real bonus in such a central location. There is parking available at public car parks within a quarter of a mile of the property (subject to availability and charges apply).
