Stepping into this stunning property you will find that all of the accommodation is conveniently arranged on the one level. This beautifully sociable space offers a Smart TV, bi-folding doors leading to the patio outside, and lovely views across the Somerset levels. The kitchen is also well-equipped and comprises an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Heading outside and located to the secluded rear of the property, a lovely private patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and stunning countryside views has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. To the other side, an enclosed courtyard provides ample private off-road parking, and access to the private indoor heated swimming pool (Open May-Oct).

The cottage is situated in a quiet and rural part of Somerset, however there are many attractions to suit all ages and requirements within easy reach.

This well equipped property is a renovated stable block that provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. Its well equipped with everything you need but its also comfortable and spacious. The garden was a good size allowing a toddler and Labrador to run around together while 4 adults could watch from the patio. You need to drive everywhere asRead more there are no footpaths to walk to the village and we struggled to find somewhere to walk the dog locally, that wasnt on private land. Hide

beautifully decorated and thought out conversion with everything we needed. Grandsons loved the pool, but it was a shame it wasn't a couple of degrees warmer. It was lovely each room having its own en suite and plenty of room for all eight of us in the lounge. Would love to go back

The cottage was beautiful, clean & well equipped. We were a party of 6 adults & 1 dog. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room in the kitchen/lounge for all of us. The welcome package left was great, bread, chutney, milk, cheese and cider (something for everyone) & all locally sourced. The cottage is surrounded by fRead moreields and we were given permission to walk our dog in them, although i was told they may normally have livestock in. Will revisit when pool is open! Hide

Great place for large groups particularly with the en suite facilities. We stayed for the new year and the property was very warm. Lovely to see the Christmas tree. There is lots of parking. Do need transport to get anywhere.

Excellent location in very picturesque countryside. Dog friendly with good facilities. Children loved the swimming pool, albeit they said the water always seemed very cold.

Just returned from great holiday. The setting is so peaceful, overlooking fields with views to the Mendips. Lots to do within relatively short distances. Swimming pool was icing on the cake. Would have liked a washing machine and coffee machine. Bedrooms comfortable each had TV and en suite wet rooms. Not the best design as they did get pretty wet!Read more! Loved it so much we have already booked for next year. Don't usually do that so says how much we loved it. Hide

The cottage was lovely as was the swimming pool and the weather. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and the bottle of wine left was a nice touch. Lots of Games and books in lounge. All bedrooms were nicely decorated. Very peaceful location but not too far from Cheddar Gorge or the coast.
