Hunmanby is a popular village just inland of Filey, making it the perfect getaway for family and friends, grab your buckets and spades and head to the beach. Not short of other fabulous beaches to visit, a little drive further will get you to Scarborough, where there is an abundance of family activities, amusements, Miniature Railway and is home to Alpamare waterpark. If it's spectacular sights and coastal paths that you seek, Bempton Cliffs, Flamborough Head and Bridlington are a must. Or head into the countryside of the wonderful wolds and magical moors.

Entering from the side of the property from the driveway there is an entrance hall to slip off your shoes. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The kitchen leads nicely through the open-plan to the dining area to enjoy those family meals together. Beyond the kitchen is a hallway that heads through to the lounge with patio doors leading out to patio area overlooking the rear garden. The main lounge conveniently leads onto and further snug lounge with additional comfy seating. This room also has access back out into the hallway. Both lounges are equipped with TV/DVDs. At the front of the house there is a hallway which leads to three ground floor, double bedrooms, two with bow windows looking out from the front of the house. Each double bedroom have built in wardrobes and two out of three have an en-suite WC. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, is a large twin room with windows to the front and rear, making it a beautifully bright bedroom. This room has built in wardrobes, a TV and en-suite bathroomwith bath, shower over bath and WC.

There is a small garden to the front of the property, with a long driveway running along the side of the home providing off-road parking for four cars. The rear garden is a real bonus for this property, providing the opportunity for hours of fun lazing on the lawn, breakfast on the patio or enjoy al fresco dining in the afternoon.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Humanby itself is relatively quiet, but the busier seaside town of Filey is only 5 miles away and sits at the northern end of a long, sandy beach which is ideal for enjoying special moments with loved ones, whatever the weather. Further south is Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast (4 miles), which is a popular hangout for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, whilst historians will enjoy exploring the two lighthouses which are steeped in interest. Further afield, yet more treasures can be discovered in the popular resorts of Scarborough and Bridlington (10 miles), both of which combine time-honoured tradition with amenities to suit the modern visitor. Scarborough is particularly steeped in history with a castle, the grave of Anne Bronte and a Victorian cliff railway.

A beautifully , comfortable and spotlessly clean holiday rental with lovely large garden and would definitely book again, covid permitting and a key to the front door provided and televisions put in all bedrooms as advertised.
