Popular amongst those seeking a quintessential break, this chocolate-box location is ideally placed for exploring the surrounding countryside and has plenty to offer keen fishermen, golfers and walkers alike. Sleeping eight guests over four bedrooms, your holiday accommodation is the ideal retreat for sitting back and relaxing with your nearest and dearest over a glass of wine in your private indoor hot tub.

Demonstrating a pleasing mixture of contemporary and classic, the interior of the property has character beams, comfortable furniture, and a warm colour palette that immediately creates a sense of home from the moment you step inside. Uncork the wine for leisurely suppers at the table, venturing outside for a nightcap on the patio. The spa room is perfect for unwinding thanks to the hot tub and adjacent shower room. At bedtime, climb the wooden stairs and follow the mezzanine-style hallway to find the bedrooms, including a decadent king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a separate twin room, and a handy set of interconnecting rooms. These consist of a king-size bedroom and a pretty twin room with one standard and one smaller 2”6 bed. Completing the property is an elegant family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Beautiful and well appointed house, in a good location for exploring and hill walking. Liz was great, the house was really clean, warm and comfortable.and the hot tub was a brilliant plus for us all. Would also recommend the Griffin pub (few mins walk away along the main road). A really enjoyable break away and lovely holiday home.

We had a great holiday, the house accommodated two families well with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The pub (griffin) a two minute walk away is also well worth a visit. Good location to walk the river wye, visit Brecon, hay on wye and other locations in the Brecon Beacons.

Lovely large barn conversion with friendly owners on hand if required. Our young adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was hot whilst we were there and therefore had the windows open. Being situated on the main road through Llyswen it could get noisy as it was quite a busy road. Otherwise great base to explore from
