Entering this welcoming property, the open hallway takes you through to the cheerful lounge, a great space to sit back and unwind in, with a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Double doors lead you through to a light-filled dining room which also has a Smart TV and plenty of seating, as well as a sociable dining area and a selection of games to play. From the dining room, you will find a stylishly designed kitchen and then a beautiful conservatory overlooking the garden, providing a lovely space to sit back and catch up with a good book. The ground floor also has a handy WC and a garage where you can store bikes and beach gear. Heading upstairs, there are four relaxing bedrooms to choose between: there’s a cheerful twin room, a pretty zip-and-link twin room which can be made into a king-size on request and two relaxing king-size rooms, each with an en-suite shower room. The property is just over a mile from the quieter West Shore Beach and 2 miles from Llandudno Pier along the North Shore. West Shore features a stunning golden sandy shoreline and fantastic views towards Anglesey. Along the North Shore, the wide promenade offers an abundance of shops, bars, cafes and amusements. From Victoria Station (2 miles) a cable car will take you up to Great Orme to enjoy some magical views across North Wales and out to sea.

Lovely modern home from home, well presented like a hotel room and thoroughly clean, easy to use TVs, right by beach for dog walks, nothing not to like about Llandudno View or the area

I was in the area for work and pleasure with a friend and my dog. The house was perfect, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location to get out and about but equally there are walks from the house. I miss the views already! Thoroughly recommended and would definitely return.

We stayed in this absolutely amazing house new year so all the family could be together. The cleanliness was outstanding , there was a travel cot all set up .Dog crate with towels bowls provide. Everywhere was spotless and the whole house was so comfy, spacious and warm .The parking for 3 cars was a bonus and Llandudno was only short drive away. ItRead mores such a family holiday home and we all had an amazing time.We would highly recommend this house if you want a family get together. Hide

Very nice and spacious house nice little enclosed garden which the dogs really enjoyed. It was our 1st time holidaying with our dogs and we found the extra touches really nice. Lovely welcome pack too.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful property. It's in a great location close to the centre of Llandudno but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The area feels very safe. The house is very well equipped with comfortable beds and good quality furnishings, with everything you could need.

Lovely spacious home with comfy furniture, beds and bedlinen. It was very clean and the private parking was good. The garden was a disappointment, the artificial grass was always wet so didn't sit out much as feet got wet. Conservatory was lovely.

Absolutely loved the property, well decorated, very clean and everything we wanted for our weekend away. Location is great, easy distance to town and local golf courses. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay, couldn't fault it.

We stayed at the cottage for a extended family Christmas break, we could not have wished for more, we arrived after dark to a very welcoming home, lights were on plus the house was fully dressed for Christmas, it looked lovely. Heating was on and plenty of hot water, its a very roomy house with 4 big bedrooms and separate spaces down stairs. HavingRead more a second fridge freezer in the garage is also a bonus! The pictures don't do the property justice. It is very spacious, with plenty of kitchen equipment and very dog friendly. The substantial welcome pack was gratefully received.
