Situated in the quiet village of Briningham, 5 miles from the thriving Georgian town of Holt, this magnificent holiday let sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Spend your time together undisturbed by the outside world in this sociable sanctuary, with flexible sleeping arrangements and a dedicated space for children to play. Close by is Holt Country Park (5 miles) with 100 acres of tranquil woodland and plenty of nature to explore.

This beautifully presented two-storey retreat has a stylish interior complemented by charming traditional features such as exposed beams and a cosy wood burner. The heart of this sociable getaway is the large, spacious, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create memorable meals, but it also has a distinctly sociable element with seating around the kitchen island and a snug area attached. You can eat together and linger a little over dinner as the dining area has a lovely table with a bench on each side and a chair at each end, so there's plenty of room for all guests. The lovely lounge is a wonderful place to relax and unwind long into the night. Here you will find two comfortable sofas, a TV and a wood burner that invites you to cosy up on chillier evenings. The property benefits from three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with plenty of storage space. The first is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and doors leading to the garden. The second bedroom has three single beds and doors to the garden, and the third ground-floor bedroom is a king, again with doors leading directly into the beautiful garden. Completing the ground floor is the impressive family bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a second living room with beanbags, ideal for children who love having their own space. Adjacent to this living room is a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The property has a fantastic balcony with a bistro set, perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the picturesque countryside views. The fully enclosed garden has lawns, a BBQ and a patio with seating for up to ten people, so you can dine alfresco with friends and family. There is space at the front of the property for two cars and a small third car. There is a shop and pub a mile away.

Beautiful well appointed cottage in a great location to explore Norfolk. Our only regret is not staying longer. Everything you needed was available at the property and really couldn't have asked for more. The bedrooms were modern and loved the bathrooms which made our stay so much easier as everyone had a space to use. We will be back and next timeRead more we will stay for a longer period of time. Our family (6 adults, 1 child) stayed a Lilybe for 2 nights to attend a wedding. We had a really lovely stay, the cottage worked perfectly for us, there was plenty of room and the facilities couldn't have been nicer. We all agreed we wished we could have stayed for longer. The area was lovely and quiet. The hosts were gracious and agreed to a slighRead moretly later check out, which was very helpful the day after a wedding! Hide

A wonderful, clean and superbly equipped holiday venue. The kitchen is among the best we have visited and easily caters for large parties. The white goods, crockery, cutlery and glass ware are in excellent condition. The garden is very pretty. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, with space to park 2 cars comfortably.

Beautiful barn conversion, spacious open plan living and well equipped. Warm and plenty of hot water and an Aga and log fire to die for! Good location for beaches and shops and friendly helpful neighbours who gave us running routes and offered to put the bins out for us.

Beautiful conversion, well equipped and comfortable: ample bedrooms, giant kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove (but check who provides the wood). Pretty good location for Holt and coast and easy enough to find - postcode alone covers too large an area alone though. Mezzanine bedroom has all- glass internal wall, fine for exhibitioRead morenists perhaps but probably needs curtain or blinds. Parking fine for 2 cars but very tight if you have three or if 4WD models. Hide
