Located on the picturesque upper reaches of the Fowey River, a sought after village popular with locals and visitors. Once here immerse yourself in village life, vibrant at times although at an altogether slower pace, with its river fronting traditional green and pub. Enjoy stunning walks following the river as it meanders downstream. Visit the impressive Restormel Castle and the harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown. Fowey boasts some fine eateries, inns and individual boutiques and Charlestown featured in the Poldark series is a perfect place to relax on the quay. I would recommend, and was hoping to go back next year in the Summer but the prices are too high and it is already very booked up .

A lovely cottage in an excellent location. Very clean and everything that is provided is of a high spec. Bedrooms comfortable and plenty of room for a large family (and dog). Nice touches on arrival including a home made cake and a bottle of Prosecco. Would recommend to anyone considering a Cornish stay.

Beautiful lady inside and out, just like the cottage. Warm, friendly and easy to communicate via Wats app. Very clean and everything you need is provided. The cottage was clean tidy and everything was there that we needed. The little extras of cake, flowers and bubbly was lovely and my whole family loved being there for a little break. The village we were in was so nice and quiet. Plus great walks for our puppy.

Lovely comfy cosy house. Great secure garden for dogs. Everything needed. Great location with fantastic pub just over the road. Super walks all round. Come back to the hot tub at the end of the day. Our family holiday at Lerryn Cottage was perfect. 7 adults aged between 22 and 82 and everyone fell in love with the cottage and beautiful village. Lovely cake, flowers and prosecco on arrival started things off well. The cottage was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and garden was well maintained. We had a fantastic week in our cottage. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved the views from the front garden and the decking area at the back was glorious. The main bedroom was luxurious and all others well appointed. Fantastic showers! I only hope everyone is lucky enough to have weather as glorious as our week.

Lerryn is a lovely friendly small village. We enjoyed spending some time in the village and in the house and garden but could also easily access beaches, the Eden Project, good walks, shops, Fowey, NT properties, Bodmin Jail and much else. A beautiful part of the country where it's very easy to relax.

Lerryn Cottage was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Lerryn is a charming village, with a pretty tidal river, and was a great base from where to explore Cornwall. Our party included a 15 month old toddler and the cottage was very suitable for him.

What a wonderful week away. Location is just ideal; very quiet, peaceful little village but well situated for many local attractions and walks. A delightful cottage, very tranquil and restful.The garden has a seating area so we were able to eat outside in the good weather and enjoy the fabulous view down to the River. There are big attractions not far away such as the Eden project, but if you like walking there was wonderful scenery very close. We would return.

We had a lovely stay at Lerryn Cottage. The cottage is nicely decorated, well equipped and spacious. The location is great in a small village with local amenities such as the pub and shop nearby and well positioned for nice walks along the river and the coast only a 20 min drive away The host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

A comfy cosy cottage with real fire was a perfect spot to spend a magical Christmas away from a noisy city. Christmas Eve at St Winnow church, kingfisher on river walk and Watergate sunset. Wonderful!
