A fresh, contemporary holiday home in the secluded splendour of south-east Cornwall. Sitting just above Lantic Bay, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property is your ticket to sunny, dramatic walks along the cliff edge and wading in the soft sand and wavelets of the English Channel. Bring the whole family for a beachy trip. You’ll love entertaining in the sociable rooms of this 1920s home and relaxing in the extensive country gardens, all within view of the sea.

The property is a contemporary home with a vintage, country twist. Enter to an open-plan lounge and dining space with incredible views of the fields and the sea beyond. It’s the ideal space to unwind together as the sun sets, or lounging in front of a movie or the fire. The kitchen is another big and friendly space, with a second family-sized table where you can laze around, play games, chat about your day so far, and keep the chef company. The first of your bedrooms sit on the ground floor — a pretty twin and a double — and both enjoy views out over the garden. Upstairs two further bedrooms — a double and a king — offer spacious and light-filled retreats, with enviable views of the waves. The best bit of this property might be the outdoor space: an extensive grassy garden and a patio where you can eat alfresco and watch the gulls soar.

A lovely spacious bungalow with a great view surrounded by fields and wildlife. Be prepared for some narrow country lanes but worth the effort. The AGA is easy to use and there are additional options of two electric hobs. Plenty to read to keep you entertained.

Nice house, although the location is remote and shopping is half an hour away. Superb views, lovely walks, and needs dry weather.

The cottage was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 dogs. A very spacious property with lovely rooms and a stunning sea view. It also had a secure garden for our dogs, a real bonus. The property had so much to offer and made our holiday. It was also spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended.

I want to stay quiet about this house, its so like a home from home. Full of period and personal character, books, furniture and fittings. Amazing location but isolated so dont expect to be able to walk to local pub or fish and chips. Wonderful place for complete rest, coast path, beaches. Great garden and very well equipped.

An unusual, large property in an amazing, soothing location looking out to sea, with interesting artefacts throughout. Perfect for energetic toddler who was delighted by the pigs, cows, sheep etc. nearby. Stairs in the cottage and coastal walks less suitable for small children.

Lovely cottage with four excellent bedrooms, two reception rooms, one being a large kitchen diner, and an Aga for keen cooks. Great for walkers, access to the Southwest coast path only yards away. Not so suitable for older or disabled people as the only pub in nearby Polruan is down a steep hill with limited parking nearby. The other pubs involve aRead more ferry crossing to Fowey, which is also well supplied with shops and cafes. Hide
