This wonderful detached, former dairy has been lovingly converted and is set in a delightful location just outside the pretty village of Sydling St Nicholas. Ideally positioned for exploring the wealth of attractions on the Jurassic coast.
Unwind in peaceful surroundings in the Dorset countryside. This environmentally friendly converted dairy is great for a family break or walking holiday with friends as it’s within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From here, you’re also well placed to explore the pretty seaside villages and towns of the dramatic UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Jurassic Coast. All six bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities, and the property is a comfortable retreat all year round, with lots to keep everyone entertained whatever the weather. From enjoying hours of fun in the games room to putting your feet up in front of the wood burner to watch Sky TV, you can do as much or as little as you like here.
Inside, light fills the open-plan living area through the ceiling-to-floor windows and double doors, while the underfloor heating means you can walk around barefoot without getting cold toes. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range cooker, five-ring induction hob and breakfast bar. Catch up with everyone over meals round the large farmhouse-style table or outside on the south-facing patio with a sizzling summer BBQ. Later, watch a film on the Blu-ray player or organise a Wii games tournament. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of which have walk-in dressing rooms and roll-top baths for luxury bubble-filled soaks after tiring days. The other bedrooms are upstairs, along with a games room on the large mezzanine level overlooking the living area. This is a wonderful social space where everyone can gather for games of pool and table football or the teenagers can watch TV and play Xbox games.
