Located on the cusp of the Snowdonia National Park, bring your friends and family to this charming stone property for a rural retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated at the end of a sweeping driveway, amidst two acres of riverside grounds and its own arboretum, the property offers privacy and seclusion while remaining close to amenities: the local inn is less than 0.5 miles down the road for a special meal out. All five bedrooms, sleeping eight in total, have en-suite facilities, and there is an outdoor hot tub for you and your guests to soak in under a starry sky.

Relax into the spacious interiors. The ground-floor decor has the traditional charm of a country house, with wooden floors and tartan furnishings. For a cosy evening in together, light the wood burners in the lounge and dining room for a warm glow, and to add a touch of luxury to your night. As the flames rise and flicker in the open fire, set the long wooden dining table, ideal for a celebratory meal to start your holiday in style. The kitchen comes complete with both an AGA and oven, as well as a small table for early breakfasts and light bites. When everyone is full and the plates are cleared, move your party to the lounge. Settle into a soft seat, chat over drinks, play games, or simply watch a film and enjoy each other's company. After a dip in the hot tub to unwind, head up the stairs to bed where there are three king-size bedrooms and two singles to choose from, all promising a comfortable sleep. The next morning, rise refreshed and make the most of the various en-suite facilities, from a roll-top bath to a shower room. When the sun shines, host an outdoor gathering. As well as the arboretum and hot tub, the grounds include a patio area with seating. Lounge amidst the peace and privacy and breathe in the fresh air, while something delicious sizzles away on the BBQ.

Stunning property, very big and spacious with lovely old furniture. All rooms en suite with additional 2 downstairs toilets. Very comfortable, beautiful grounds, not overlooked. Hot tub difficult to access for those with mobility problems as it is up a steep slope. We had a lovely stay, very serene and private.
