Spacious property, set within the rolling hills of Mid Wales, within easy reach of many attractions and coastline to explore.

At the end of a secluded private road you’ll find the grounds of this idyllic former farm. A complex of properties nestle into the Welsh countryside, with 65 acres of organic meadows and woodland to explore, including an imaginative play area that children will adore. Bring your whole familiy; the house is spacious enough to host nine of you. And with the delights of the West Wales countryside and Cardigan Bay in close proximity, you’ll be able to fill your days with new memories and adventures while you’re here.

The cottage itself is a charming home, converted from the traditional stone buildings that once comprised the farm. Enter to find a handy hallway, where you can leave your boots and gear. Head through into the welcoming living area, an open-plan space with an attractive country kitchen, dining table and lounge. Cooking here is a treat thanks to feature windows that display the rolling hills around the cottage. There’s also a second lounge, a cosy and sociable room with large sofas, TV, and games. The bedrooms begin on the ground floor with a restful double room and neighbouring shower room, perfect for a couple wanting to get up and out early. The master is a light and pretty king-size room on the first floor, with enviable views of the countryside, and a range of bunk, twin, and single rooms complete the selection. All the bedrooms are dressed in peaceful, natural tones and will give all members of your party the chance to retreat and unwind in comfortable privacy.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Walking and cycling routes abound from your doorstep, so you’ll have ample opportunities to tire yourselves out en masse. The vibrant bayside town of Cardigan is a scenic 23-mile drive away. Stroll the lanes beside the Afon Teifi, as it rolls into Cardigan Bay. Visit Poppit Sands (29 miles) for a sandy family game of beach cricket or a paddle in the surf, or explore the 11th century fortress of Cardigan Castle (25.5 miles) for a spot of local history. If that whets your appetite for grandeur, take a trip to the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron (5 miles), a Grade I listed mansion and grounds beside the River Aeron.

A great site with fabulous views, walks and a brilliant pizza oven and games hut. Sadly our cottage was a little tired. The kitchen and bathrooms need upgrading. I hadn't read the details correctly and there was no dishwasher so that was my error but for a house for 9 with such a small kitchen, a dishwasher is really missed! We didn't fill all the Read morebeds but I'm glad; it would have been a squeeze as there is only 1 shower and the kitchen and dining is snug. Peaceful, relaxing, lovely site. Hide

The cottage was ideal for our big family. All the facilities indoors were petfect and there was enough space for everyone. The facilities around the farm were fantastic for the children.
