Perfect cottage for our fist family vacation in the Lakes. The location was outstanding, easy walking to the launch, pubs, restaurants, local walks and grocery. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size and everything was spotless. Overall a spacious and comfortable home for 8 adults for the week. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and spent a loRead moret of time in the back garden. Highly recommend this cottage and location. Hide

Lovely cottage right in the centre of Keswick. The cottage was lovely and warm despite of the very cold weather. Perhaps a role of kitchen roll could be provided in the kitchen but that is only a small thing. Parking very handy and good size. Cleanliness second to none thank you.

This is a fantastic property in a superb location. The house itself is well equipped, with everything you need for self catering. The 4 bedrooms are all well furnished with comfortable beds. There is one shower/ WC room and one complete bathroom, adjacent to each other on the first floor, with 2 further bedrooms on this floor. The further 2 bedroomRead mores are on the second floor with some excellent views across to Catbells. Whilst it states " parking for 2 cars", we managed to park 3 cars- great! Hide

A lovely house in a very convenient location. Warm, comfortable and homely. The kitchen /dining area is spacious and well equipped. No shortage of hot water with both showers going. Little details like good towel rails, drying rails for the radiators and a boot storage area indicate the thought that the owners have put into the property. The gardenRead more looked lovely and cared for, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to sit out! We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning. Hide
