The house and garden made an ideal base for our family reunion. Very peaceful and comfortable surroundings, especially as the fine weather allowed us to use the outside dining facilities to the full. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay!

Well located, used the train most days rather than take the cars out. Lovely well equipped garden enjoyed our bbq. Sadly weather prevented best use of the garden. Thank you we had a lovely break.

A lovely house enviably located close to the beach with a great area of decking and all equipment needed to cook and dine 'alfresco' (not for us over Christmas though!). The owners, Geof and Kath, had gone to a lot of trouble with Christmas decoration and a lovely tree which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay special. Cooden railway stationRead more is only a few hundred yards away which is good if you are travelling by train. Train noise is no obtrusive at all at the house! Hide

A wonderful house to stay in and a perfect location, close to Bexhill and especially to the beach, but not in the midst of it all. Very comfortable and a really good nights sleep. The owner could not have been more accommodating and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommended and would love to be able to return

An amazing property for a relaxing holiday. The beach is a few hundred yards away and its a short distance to Eastbourne, Hastings and Rye. A lovely place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
