This lovely barn conversion is situated in the village of Cawston, where you can stop off at any of the local pubs for a drink or something to eat. Or you could take a trip to the city of Norwich, only a short drive away, whilst the peaceful waters of the Norfolk Broads can be reached with ease by car or head north to the spectacular Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to experience Norfolk’s wildlife, sandy beaches and quaint coastal towns. The property also benefits from a public footpath on your doorstep where you can explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and keen walkers and cyclists will love exploring Marriots way.

Guests enter this spacious, former stable block into a handy utility room where you can kick off your boots and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. This leads off to the open plan kitchen / dining area which has a country feel, bursting with character with it’s exposed wooden beams, pantile floor and décor. The dual aspect kitchen offers an electric Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table with enough seating for up to eight guests should you wish to dine in. Leading through double doors the lounge area is the perfect place to relax with plenty of comfy seating along with a TV and wood burner, so put your favourite show on and cosy up on a cold winters night. In the summertime French doors open up on to the landscaped front garden where you can dine al fresco. There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with vanity table and TV and has an en-suite  bathroom with bath and sperate shower cubicle and WC. The remaining bedrooms are two double rooms and a twin with views over the surrounding horse paddocks. The bathroom has a corner bath with shower over and WC so soak away those muscles or revitalise your senses after a long day out exploring. There is also a separate WC towards the front of the property off from the utility.

There is an enclosed garden space to the rear of the property which has a table and chairs for up to eight guests, so you why not relax and soak up some rays whilst planning your next adventure. To the front of the barn is a landscaped garden with pond. There is off-road parking available for guests for up to three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic house for a home from home stay. In a quiet and peaceful location not to be disturbed. Great location to explore the area and a fantastic steak restaurant within walking distance.
