Sat among a knot of trees and overlooking rolling fields, arriving at this property is like turning up at your own private paradise. A detached home sat proud amidst a spacious drive (with space for four cars), it manages to be both impressive and inviting all at the same time. Coming in from the drive, the light-filled, daintily decorated kitchen/diner sets the tone. Here, cute patterns and farmhouse vibes soften the interior's contemporary edge and create a great space for mingling throughout the day. With a plethora of country walks, a footpath leading straight to the sandy beach and next door to a number of wonderful local amenities including a farm shop, this is the ideal base for guests looking to ditch the car for a few days. Walk the 200ft to the popular restaurant (housed in a Mongolian yurt!) nearby or pop the dogs on the leads and walk less than 0.5 miles to the local deli to pick up some treats. Further afield, Hunstanton seaside town is 4 miles away, whilst the dog-friendly Brancaster Estate and Brancaster Beach are 4.5 miles away.

Well design comfortable spacious accomadation offering a varied age group 2 to 63 and great experience. The 2 lounges mean that different activities can go on at same time. Overall this is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. There was plenty of space for our group of 11. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfy. It is located in a beautiful area and we would certainly recommend the property. Holmhurst is a wonderful place for a family holiday with or without dogs. Very comfy and spacious with a large enclosed garden. Well equipped and well located for pubs, beaches, walks and small specialist shops. All within easy reach. Very quiet and tranquil. A must for city folk to unwind.

This was a very lovely house, with comfortable furniture and very clean beddingg and towels. The garden was lovely and it was even warm enough for us to sit out in the evening. The location is perfect, a ten minute lovely walk to the sea, the local farmshop, deli's and eating pleaces, as well as the two local pubs wee great.

Perfect home for large groups (and dogs) in a great position. A few yards up the road is a pizza restaurant, fish and chips, great farm shop, fish shop and more. And a few hundred yards the other way is a deli. Theres a walk out the back to the coast, say half a mile. The best beaches in Norfolk are a short drive away. A lovely large holiday home with super large garden. Our grandchildren had the time of their lives and we enjoyed the space and facilities of this six bedrooms house. Good location near Hunstanton and we enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beautiful jewel of the Thornham beach reached by a private road outside the house. A lovely house with six spacious bedrooms, large kitchen-dining room, a pair of living rooms and a big garden with lots of shade and seating (very handy on a hot week). The location is great too - just off the road, on a footpath right up to the coast path.
