A five-star home from home, R&R is seriously encouraged here. Awake in the morning in the cloud-soft embrace of one of the comfortable beds (including 2 king-size, 2 twins, and 1 bunk bedroom spread across the first and second floors) and pad downstairs to the kitchen. An inviting space complete with plenty of equipment, appliances and a dining table and chairs, the kitchen is both a welcoming social and practical space. Fire up the oven and hob for wholesome family feasts at home, and choose between the kitchen's dining table, the conservatory's family-sized dining table and the large outdoor table and chairs – or rotate throughout the day! While sunny days will be best enjoyed in the enclosed rear garden with patio, on chillier days, blustery walks can be equally as fun knowing there is somewhere luxurious to come back to. Leave muddy boots and dry dirty paws in the cloakroom, before popping any dirty layers in the hallway's washing machine. If you are a fan of the seaside, this large self-catering cottage offers a wonderful selection of beaches to go to nearby. 3 miles from Holme Dunes and the dog-friendly Brancaster Beach, sandy toes and paws are but a moment away! Pack a picnic and relax in the sunshine, sharing lunches of more-ish sandwiches and homemade lemonade. 6.5 miles away, the seaside town of Hunstanton has a lively atmosphere, home to a pier, beachside entertainment and family-friendly attractions, including the Sea Life Sanctuary. Treat yourself to an ice cream or two and wander the pier, keeping your eyes peeled for dolphins.

Beautiful place and perfect location for us. House had everything we could need and more in the kitchen equipment and the whole house was so comfortable, welcoming and stylish. Stunning sunsets and geese flyovers plus lots of bird activity in the back garden. Had such a wonderful stay with my family. Thank you very much for the attention to detail.

Great place to stay, we loved it, big family holiday - plenty of space, location was good but to get anywhere we all had to get in our cars, the country roads arent ideal to walk especially with children. But overall would recommend, a lovely, spacious home with lots of room!

A well maintained, spacious and comfortable property in an excellent location. Very quiet area and a car is essential if staying here; there are local shops nearby and the house is a good base for local towns and beaches at Brancaster, Wells and Hunstanton, all of which have much to offer. Lots of stairs so might not be suitable for those less mobiRead morele, but an excellent choice for families and the dogs enjoyed the lovely garden at the front too! Would certainly stay here again. Had a fantastic family stay. Great weather, super house which had everything we needed. Lovely quiet location (you do need a car to get about) but we knew exactly where we were staying so nothing came as a surprise. Good bike riding but dog walking was limited as the house is surrounded by farm fields that we didnt want to go trampling through. Great stay for the Kings coronation. Plenty of space for 6 Adults plus 8 year old, 6 year old, 2 year old and a baby. Ideal for sight seeing, Brancaster beach and for eating out.

Beautiful house. Very well equipped for a home from home stay. We were a group of eight and the house provided excellent space to be able to all sit and eat together, relax together or break in to smaller groups to play cards or board games.

The property is in a very quiet location and about 2 miles from the nearest village. It has a very well equipped kitchen and all the rooms are spacious ideal for a family get together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely comfortable house ,plenty of room for us all (5 adults 4children plus dog).All equipment for cooking and loads of areas to eat.Only a small downside was the parking very tight for the three cars.Would go back as had a great time . Thanks

A lovely holiday rental in a good location for visiting Sandringham, Hunstanton, Wells etc. Comfortable beds, fresh linen and plenty of towels. A very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for dining for 10 people.

The cottage is fabulous, really spacious, immaculately furnished, very comfortable & the kitchen provided all utensils / crockery / pans etc you could possibly need! The location was fantastic, so easy to get to the coast, plenty of pubs at Thornham & Brancaster Staithes in easy driving distance & a local Spar at Docking which provided last minute Read moreessentials / papers. Fish & Chips from the Fish Bar at Docking also recommended. We would definitely recommend & hope to come back in the future xx Hide

Nice and clean cottage, furniture a bit dated. Could do with a BBQ in the garden area where the garden furniture was in desperate need of some TLC. Close to all the local attractions, beaches etc,etc.
