This stylish, family-friendly property is a great choice to explore the delights of the Isle of Wight, nestled in the pretty village of Newchurch.

Enjoy your scenic surroundings from the garden at this holiday home for eight on the Isle of Wight. With a superb outdoor entertaining area, complete with a hot tub, the four-bedroom property makes a great place for an extended family or two families together to unwind while enjoying the beauty of this special British island. Set in the village of Newchurch, just 4.5 miles from Sandown and its golden beach where you can paddle, swim and play games together on the sand, it is also well placed for the many family attractions of the Isle of Wight. Take the children to Amazon World Zoo, less than 1 mile away, or the theme park at Blackgang Chine, about 10 miles from the house.

Open the front door and from the reception hall wander into the bright kitchen/diner. Unpack the fresh produce you have sourced, including the famous black garlic bought nearby, and start preparing lunch. Other guests might like to sit up at the breakfast bar and chat to you while you chop. There is an adjoining utility room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the kitchen leads through to a dining room where you can gather together for your lively holiday meals. Take a cup of tea and your book through to the snug or head into the lounge to watch the Smart TV. Light the wood burner in here on chilly days or open the door to the garden when it is warm. Find you have a downstairs shower room, while the family bathroom is on the first floor. Also on the first floor are two king-size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a dressing room and space for a travel cot, plus a twin and a double bedroom. Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the sunshine in the garden and sit outside admiring the views long into the evening. Bubble in the hot tub after your busy days out. Find you can store outdoor gear in the shed and that there is parking for three cars.
