Located in the heart of Polruan’s conservation area, this delightful property has been stylishly renovated and furnished. Conveniently positioned to explore all this area of Cornwall has to offer.

Dive into coastal living and experience the quaint vibrant charm of Polruan with family and friends by your side. This charming Cornish village will keep guests young and old out of mischief with a paddle at the gorgeous tidal beach or a glass of something cold at a local eatery. Originally a mariner's cottage in the 19th century, this abode exudes traditional charm which is beautifully complemented by contemporary features and light bright rooms. Adventure the days away before returning home to curl up together in front of the wood burner or sneak a quiet moment away from the crowds on the patio.

Cleverly designed with its gorgeous location in mind, climb the curved staircase to the first floor to admire the spectacular views across the River Fowey. Laze away the mornings on the inviting sofa and take in the views or spend quiet evenings snuggled up by the wood burner to keep the cold at bay. Pop back downstairs to the spacious kitchen where there is plenty of room to experiment with flavour and rustle up firm favourites. Whether you choose to dine inside or out, you will be dining in style and can enjoy chatting across the table and making exciting plans for the days to come. The dining table sits beneath a glass roof lantern which lets natural light flood inside, creating a bright welcoming atmosphere. Alternatively, savour your food on the patio and spend the night under the stars, breathing in the fresh sea air until nighttime falls and the chill arrives. After leaving jumpers and shoes behind in the hallway, head to bed in one of four gloriously peaceful bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, and two of which are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Wake feeling refreshed and ready for a stroll into the village for a morning pastry and paddle.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Beautiful house and incredible garden. Amazing location and the views from the living area were spectacular. We loved the little extras like the tea and shampoo bars. The house was very functional with everything we needed. Very clean.

Lovely house and garden. Immaculately clean and fresh and spacious. We had a lovely time after a year of being trapped in Central London. The view from the garden is particularly fine.
