An impressive Italian styled house in the heart of Canford Cliffs, with a great selection of bars and restaurants to enjoy, all within walking distance and the award-winning Sandbank Beach is nearby. Hop on the Bramble bush bay chain ferry from Sandbanks over to Studland to explore the Jurassic Coast. There is something for all the family in all-weather occasions in Bournemouth, with the Tower Park complex nearby, full of great places to eat and entertainment for all the family from indoor play areas to bowling.

Enter through the impressive front door into a warm and inviting entrance hall, sitting just off from here is the comfortable lounge with TV complete with BT Freeview TV package to catch up on your favourite programmes, there are patio doors that lead out into the rear garden. The ground floor double bedroom is located just beyond with its own access to the garden. The games room can be found next door with an American pool table and table football, a great space to partake in some good spirited competition, opposite the games room you will find the CV room, complete with treadmill, exercise bike and a cross trainer.  The open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge is a great space to socialise, with a dual fuel range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a central island, with the dining area and a lounge area to unwind in front of the TV or just read a book, just off the kitchen is a utility room where you will find a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The patio doors from the kitchen lead you out onto the patio. Head up the gallery staircase to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and sofa, along with an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, twin sinks and WC, this bedroom also features two walk-in wardrobes. Further along the hallway is a double room with an en-suite shower room and WC, next door is a the twin bunk room with en-suite shower room and WC. At the end of the hallway you will find the final 2 bedrooms, one twin with en-suite bathrooms one with a shower and separate bath and finally a family room with a double bed and bunk bed this also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. At the top of the gallery staircase is where the large cinema room is located complete with projector and bean bags to relax and enjoy a movie.

Heading outside to the enclosed garden, set within the sprawling grounds. This is a fantastic space to sit out and take pleasure in the south coast sunshine whilst enjoying some al fresco dining on the patio area. There is parking for up to eight cars is accessible via a private gated drive.

Pack a picnic and head to Westbourne, Boscombe and Sandbanks Beach. From here catch a ferry over to Brownsea Island or to Studland, where you can explore scenic National Trust land and visit the beautiful beaches of Shell Bay, Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and South Beach. Look out towards Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight and follow trails through the sand dunes and woodland.
