We were a party of 6 with a dog and found the property was perfect for us. We parked 3 cars. Lovely sized property, that was nicely decorated throughout. Good sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Nice dining area with lots of natural light. The garden was big and totally enclosed so the dog had lots of room to run around. South facing modern house set back from road with plenty of space, good sized garden and comfortable beds. Parking in front of house. Has 2 tables in garden with upright chairs but no other garden furniture like loungers or sun umbrellas. 2 minutes walk to a lovely pub with good food and only 12 minute drive to Chichester.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chichester - the house was spacious with a lovely garden and dining area. The beds were comfy, there were lots of towels provided and there was a nice pub just down the lane which did takeaways (for those nights where you just don't want to cook)!
