There were some issues with the property - damp in the master bedroom, leakage from the kitchen patio windows when raining, seals missing or damaged on the ovens, damage to the dishwasher tablet dispenser, rotting wood and damaged glass panes on the porch and damp and wall damage in the games room. The lack of a guest book with information/safety cRead moreertificates/ WiFi code etc. is a significant omission and requires attention. The house was clean and well provided equipment wise. Lovely large house. All the rooms are of a very generous size. Only 4 of us, plus 2 dogs, but we coped! Snooker room a bonus, which we used most days. Of course it helped that the weather was perfect. Garden is nice and large but not secure, but we are always prepared for this. And we could have always had an apple from the tree if we felt hungry.
