With five bedrooms, the property sleeps up to ten people and two dogs are also welcome. The attractions of the New Forest are within 3 miles, including the lovely Lymington town quay with its ferry to the Isle of Wight and the wonderful Sea Air Trail.

Step inside and you will fall in love with this incredibly chic retreat. Throughout the house you'll find superb furnishings and a stylish colour scheme, so you'll feel right at home. Thanks to the abundance of natural light, everyone will find their favourite space to relax or socialise. Children and adults will love the games room featuring a Smart TV, a dart board, a bar and a pool table that converts into a ping-pong table. To the right of the playroom is a cosy cinema room equipped with a Smart TV and an Xbox games console, so older children can have some time to themselves. Younger children will enjoy the well-equipped playroom. The playroom leads into the spacious kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of space to cook and chat in this room, with a large island in the kitchen, a long table and French doors running the length of the room making it a bright, welcoming setting. At the end of this room is a cosy corner with two deep armchairs and a wood burner, perfect for a moment of tranquillity. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating to unwind or play a board game with the whole family. Upstairs are two king-size rooms and a bathroom with a striking roll-top bath. A very spacious well equipped house with lovely garden although this is at the front of the house by a busy, noisy A road. A gas barbecue, trampoline and hot tub were all put to good use. Beautiful house with everything you could need. We stayed there with 3 generations, the playroom was fantastic for the little ones. This is a beautiful, exceptionally well presented house with every thing you could possibly want. Larger parties can enjoy each others company but still have plenty of room for a little peace and quiet. If you can drag yourself away then the immediate area is outstanding with easy access to the New Forest and sea side locations.

Fantastic property with all the space and amenities for a large family gathering including adults, young children and animals. Whether the sun shone or it rained there was so much to do and space to catch a quiet moment.

Fabulous house with great facilities for young and old but the proximity of a noisy road is not for everyone. Hot tub was wonderful. A washer/dryer is a must in a house of this size, especially in the autumn/winter with a young family.

This place was fantastic - such a well thought through and organised house. The layout and quality of everything was exceptional. The house was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very well equipped. Our five-year-old grand-daughter was delighted with the toys and children's equipment. The dog loved the huge and safe garden. Despite iffy weather some days, we had a lovely time. Would recommend Lymington for charm, shopping and crabbing, Brockenhurst for forest walks, The Old MRead moreill at Hordle for outdoor eating (and a lovely garden). This house is perfect for big family or friend gatherings. It has literally everything you could need. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen area is a particular feature, housing a huge table for all the group to eat around. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Additional features are a games room with Read morea bar and a cinema room. We have two teenage grandchildren who I thought may be bored, but they had a great time. So much to do in the games room. Also a cinema room and plenty to do outside. Every morning the pair of them were outside playing swing ball (they never usually do anything together!). Wonderful time, visiting the needles on the coral star, plenty of dog friendRead morely restaurants and walks. Lovely property newly renovated well fitted out. Ideally suited for our 70th birthday family celebration weekend with children and grandchildren. Amazing house! All the bedrooms are large, kitchen is huge. The place was spotless. All the mod cons were great,bit complicated to figure out initially. The play room was top for the kids and enclosed garden was good for the dog but careful of gate when driving in/out of the property as opens onto a busy road. The facilities are very good, house thoughtfully equipped for all ages, all to a high standard with lots of unexpected 'extras'. The grandchildren enjoyed the play area indoors and the large garden with trampoline. Others enjoyed the Hot Tub and pool room so despite the rain we had a very enjoyable long weekend. Thank you.
