(1) PLEASE make sure the garden is more secure - a short wire fence is not really an enclosed garden. Both our large dogs were able to jump the fence and escape onto the busy road (2) We weren't aware that there were steps from the kitchen to the rest of the house - very tricky for an active toddler just able to walk - add to the description? Lovely cottage and garden, it is on a busy road and if all 3 car spaces are in use, it can be difficult to see to get out. Maybe a mirror might help.

This is a really lovely property, very well equipped and plenty of room for the 8 of us aged 5-70! The BBQ was really good, lots of indoor & outdoor games for whole family. Location is ideal- within walking distance of Braunton village with lots of restaurants, take-aways and lovely little independent shops, children's play area, very close to SaunRead moreton Sands-a beautiful beach, the Big Sheep- great entertainment for the whole family, and lots of lovely beach/coast walks. A beautiful, well equipped cottage. Its just a short walk into town, so had some meals out without the car. Our two dogs loved the large enclosed garden and its fencing was completely safe keeping them in. The short drive to dog friendly Saunton beech was easy and plenty of parking there too.,

Folly Farm East was comfortable and well equipped. The secure garden was safe for dogs and small children, and we enjoyed evening barbecues there. It made an excellent base for our family to explore local beaches, go cycling, running, dog walking and SUPing! Wed thoroughly recommend a holiday there.

This cottage was beautiful, clean with everything you will need for a holiday stay. The letting agents were extremely good at keeping us updated and only a phone call away. Spacious with home comforts which was impressive. We have visited this area many times to holiday and it has been our best experience by far, many thanks.
