This family-friendly property is the perfect place to call home for your Peak District break. Spend your days relaxing at the accommodation or stroll into Matlock and enjoy its many amenities.

The town offers an abundance of restaurants, takeaways, pubs, fish and chip shops and supermarkets all within 0.5 miles of this accommodation. Riverside Matlock Bath (1.5 miles) has a plethora of attractions such as Gulliver's Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum or, if you are feeling more adventurous, you can ride the cable cars to the Heights of Abraham hilltop park where you can experience cavern tours, walking trails and a children’s playground. Enjoy days out at the splendid Chatsworth House (8.5 miles), Haddon Hall (7.2 miles) and Crich Tramway Village (5.8 miles), or why not take advantage of good walking routes around the Derwent Valley and White Peak, which are within 20 miles.

The front door is accessed via a flight of external steps down to the entrance. A spacious hallway has plenty of room to store coats and boots; it is also home to a matching fridge and freezer. Wander through to the kitchen with range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, and microwave. In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. There is also a downstairs WC. Finally, you will find a further super-king zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request) with a separate bathroom, offering a bath and WC.

Outside there is a fully enclosed split-level garden. The first level offers outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue, providing a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the summer sun. Take the steps down to the lower patio where you will find a covered hot tub, tucked away for privacy yet with wonderful views. The property has two reserved off-road parking bays and further on-road parking is available subject to availability.
