A lovely cottage with a great view over one of the lochs. A very friendly owner too. One of the best cottages weve stayed in over the many years of fishing trips to Assynt.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely, spacious, immaculately kept cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need for a large group of people. The large fenced garden was perfect for our two year old granddaughter to play safely outside with Monty the dog. There are beautiful beaches nearby. Fish were caught on the nearbRead morey loch and we also enjoyed cycling, walking and swimming with wonderful weather in this stunning part of Scotland. Hide

Fearna Cottage is extremely well equipped, scrupulously clean and very comfortable. It is very conveniently located on the North Coast 500 but so well insulated that we were never aware of any traffic passing and getting onto the road from the house is really easy. It is very dog friendly. You can walk down the lochside and out onto the hills from Read morethe cottage, there are two lovely beaches nearby and it is also a wonderful base for exploring the beauties of Assynt. Amazing location and stunning views. Very clean and everything to a high standard. Trip to cottage involves drive on slightly difficult part of NC500 but well worth it.
