The traditional tower block can be accessed across the courtyard and offers 2 further  bedrooms: one double on the ground floor, with stairs to a first floor landing leading to a king-size bedroom (access to this room is via the double bedroom on the ground floor). There is a bathroom with bath and WC off the first floor landing. The modern oak framed barn offers additional ground floor living space, comprising of a wet room with shower and WC, superb lounge where you can enjoy films together, and a second kitchen.

Stepping outside, there are 19 acres of grounds with a lake and areas set with seating and BBQ facilities. An ideal spot for alfresco dining or simply exploring the bluebell woods, rose gardens and ancient orchards.

You'll find it hard to leave, but it pays to explore the picturesque surrounding countryside. There are lots of trails straight from the front door, ideal for social walks and working up an appetite for an evening feast. The renowned Royal Leamington Spa is 10 miles away, home to fantastic quirky shops and sophisticated bars and restaurants. Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's historic birthplace, is 17 miles away. The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is 24 miles to the south and ripe for exploring, with great walking and lots of pretty villages to visit.

The main house and tower were full of character and very comfortable. The extensive gardens and barn provide plenty of space for everyone in good weather and bad. The children loved having the space to get away from parents (and visa versa) and the Pool and Tennis court made sure there was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The farmhouse has been perfect for us. The location meant we could have day trips outs that didnt involve too much travel, the farmhouse had so much to offer, the views the peace and quiet. The summer house gave us extra space and was perfect how it had its own kitchen. The chickens where the best bit for my daughter, they are so friendly and wanteRead mored to come for a walk around the grounds when we did. Hide
