This lodge is a perfect choice for a gathering of family or friends, surrounded by open countryside and within easy reach of the outdoor attractions of the Scottish Highlands, or to simply relax in this luxury retreat.

Located on a private estate, 0.5 mile down a private track, this impressive turreted building has the beautiful backdrop of Loch Ericht, which sweeps west towards magnificent Ben Alder. There are numerous wonderful walks through the surrounding hills and around the loch, and the opportunity to indulge in traditional sports like fishing. Enjoy a tour of local Dalwhinnie distillery that stands in the Cairngorm National Park (6 miles). Newtonmore is 16 miles and has a selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Walk the Wildcat Trail through the spectacular countryside or visit the Pattack Falls which are within 16 miles and you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you with lots to see and do.

Step in through this luxury property through the arched doorway into the spacious and welcoming hallway that leads you through to the lounge. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outstanding views. The spacious room is the ideal place to gather after a day out exploring in front of the open fire with a book or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Open the French doors to the garden and enjoy the birdsong. Enjoy those important family meals in the dining room which is a bright and airy space and has a dining table which can accommodate eight people around it comfortably in front of an open fire. There is a useful serving hatch through from the kitchen next door. The well-equipped country-style kitchen has a gas double Range style oven with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave whilst the utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Completing the downstairs is a cloakroom and WC. Follow the spiral staircase up to the first floor where you with find three individual, beautifully decorated bedrooms, one double and one twin that shares a bathroom located off the hall with a shower over the bath and WC and one twin with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Continue up the spiral staircase to the second floor to find the master bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made up as a twin on request) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, the spacious garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, has seating and a charcoal BBQ, and leads down to the water's edge. It’s the perfect place to relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. There is parking for three cars in the enclosed courtyard.
