The comfortable dining area seats eight and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a wall mounted ‘the frame’ Smart TV, Blu-ray player and Sky Q with entertainment package. A portable speaker is available for guests use. Sliding balcony doors brings the balcony and outside in and fills the aspect wall with the enviable views of the sea and North Devon coastline. On the lower ground floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. This room has sea views and a double external door. A further bedroom with king-size bed and separate sitting area, boasts an external access to a small private courtyard with seating. This room also has a Smart TV. The final bedroom on this floor also has sea views and is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV is also connected to a PlayStation 4. Also, on this floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
The sunny and enclosed outside patio is located next to the two-car driveway, accessed down steps with a gate you can enjoy the spacious outdoor sofas, dining table & chairs and a gas BBQ all with a sea view.
