Located in the heart of North Devon, Westward Ho features a stunning two-mile sandy beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, coastal paths and links golf course, all within walking distance. Take advantage of far reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and Lundy Island. Nearby Appledore is a traditional fishing village steeped in nautical history with a Maritime Museum, bustling quayside, shops, pubs and restaurants. Further afield, attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle, or you could make a crossing on the MS Oldenburg and enjoy a day trip to Lundy.

The accommodation is set over three floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, from here you access the entrance hall with doors to a separate WC and a large coat cupboard/boot room. A further door from the hallway leads to the garage games room which contains a free to use entertaining pool table and a spacious seating area. A selection of beach toys can also be found in the garage. The utility room is situated next to the garage and boasts plenty of cupboards, a washing machine with separate tumble dryer. A safe is also provided for securing valuables. At the end of the hallway is the grand master bedroom with a super-king-size bed, ample storage/wardrobe space, a seating area with coffee table and sliding patio doors to enjoy the sight and sounds of the sea. The master bedroom also boasts a Smart TV with Sky Q with entertainment package and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Go up to the first floor which benefits from an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner allowing you to create unforgettable holiday memories. The kitchen includes electic oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. The comfortable dining area seats eight and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a wall mounted ‘the frame’ Smart TV, Blu-ray player and Sky Q with entertainment package. A portable speaker is available for guests use. Sliding balcony doors brings the balcony and outside in and fills the aspect wall with the enviable views of the sea and North Devon coastline. On the lower ground floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. This room has sea views and a double external door. A further bedroom with king-size bed and separate sitting area, boasts an external access to a small private courtyard with seating. This room also has a Smart TV. The final bedroom on this floor also has sea views and is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV is also connected to a PlayStation 4. Also, on this floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The sunny and enclosed outside patio is located next to the two-car driveway, accessed down steps with a gate you can enjoy the spacious outdoor sofas, dining table & chairs and a gas BBQ all with a sea view. Enjoy unwinding on the furnished balcony accessed from the lounge and watch the sun set over Lundy island. A small grassed area finishes off the stunning setting for your al fresco dining whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.

Fabulous property with beautiful sea views from the lounge and master bedroom . Very short walk to the promenade down a small hill . High quality furniture and equipment throughout. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook and a bbq in the garden was great fun . Really loved the tv that turned into a picture when not in use . We all really eRead morenjoyed ourselves . Immaculate modern property equipped to a very high standard. Good view of Westward Ho beach and easy walking distance both to beach and shops.

Fairview is one of the nicest holiday houses weve ever stayed in! Everything from the bedding & towels to the kitchen appliances is of the highest quality. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach (a bit further for the dog friendly section but you can park there) I would advise taking beach chairs if you can. The Pier House is good but booking is advisabRead morele. Fish & chips from Atlantic Bay are also good. Cathy & David are really helpful & have thought of everything. The welcome hamper was lovely! The property was absolutely stunning, incredible view and everything finished to an exacting standard. All mod cons, every detail had been thought of. The location was perfect for a quick stroll to the beach and the lovely village. We would definitely return to Fairview!!

We had a wonderful week at Fairview- a fantastic property furnished to a very high standard with all the mod cons you could want. Location was ideal for sea views and easy access to a family friendly beach with lifeguard cover. Perfect for our family party of 8 with grown up children. Missing it already! Loved watching the sea And sunsets from the Read morebalcony and enjoyed a brilliant barbecue In the comfortable patio area. Dog friendly too. Thoroughly recommended. Hide

Fairview is a fabulous property in a great location with wonderful views. It was presented really nicely and we had a great week there. I really could not fault anything about the property, it was amazing.

This is a fabulous modern property across three levels with breathing views of the ever changing beach. We loved it. All mod cons for todays connected youth.

The apartment is modern, clean and spacious enough to accommodate 8 persons with plenty of room to spare, be it in the bedrooms or the communal areas. There is an excellent array of high quality kitchen equipment and utensils and a huge BBQ seating area outdoors. The sprawling views of the beach and sunsets from the apartment are simply stunning. LRead moreocation-wise, it is about 3 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to other amenities. One regret after the stay is not being able to book it for longer! Hide
