There is plenty of space downstairs, with a large kitchen with chairs facing the water and the view. We spent a lot of time in this room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms but not a lot of cupboard space. Only 2 of us, so we ended up using a spare bedroom each to spread our clothes around. 2 good bathrooms upstairs (1 bath, 1 shower) and a further large showRead moreer/toilet room downstairs. Dog walking from the house is limited to left or right down the lane, but the views on this walk change every morning. Hide

Great peaceful location, watching the wildlife on the shore and the yachts going by from the veranda and a fabulous sunroom for cooler days. Some nice coastal drives in the area too. The house was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a s/c Holiday. Really enjoyed our week.

Failte Kyles of Bute is a beautiful property. We were blown away by the incredible view and could have spent the week just gazing out the windows. Great location for exploring Bute, Loch Lomond and Loch Fyne. We spotted otters and herons right outside and window and the kids loved splashing around on the private 'beach' area.
