Set behind electric gates for added privacy, this impressive home boasts many traditional period features, yet all your modern comforts are in place. When you arrive, delve into your luxurious welcome pack as you take in the views across the river. Four large rooms on the ground floor are perfect for entertaining, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Relax in the stylish lounge with its comfortable sofas or find a quiet spot to unwind in the snug room. The formal dining room is the place to be for that celebratory meal, with a large table which will seat everyone in the group. If you’re not making use of the concierge service and chef that are available for an additional charge, then let your group’s budding chefs loose in the well-equipped kitchen, which also has a breakfast bar and additional table that’s great for more informal catch-ups. For a day of adventure, the Forest of Dean (10 miles) is packed with activities including mountain biking and zip wires.

Brilliant accommodation for a large family gathering. Superb location with views over the river Seven. Hot tub and gardens lovely. Indoor swimming pool fantastic. Everything catered for and very well equipped. Couldn't fault it.

A lovely home, very well equipped and spacious. We had a lovely few days celebrating my 70th birthday and all ages enjoyed the pool, the garden, and the lovely views. There isnt much of a village nearby, but we didnt feel a great need to leave the property, so it was not important.
