This spacious and stylish cottage sits in a traditional cobbled street and offers fabulous estuary and sea views from the first and second floor rooms. Appledore has much to see and do watch the fishing and pleasure boats on the water, stroll through the quaint little lanes of Appledore with its quayside, Maritime Museum, galleries, shops and many traditional family pubs. Explore North Devon with a visit to The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and many more. The two-mile beach at Westward Ho! is just a short drive, as are the sand dunes at Instow. Leisure facilities including swimming, tennis, golf, riding, and much more.

The accommodation is arranged over three storeys. As you enter the property into the entrance hall the lounge is to your right, with wood burner, comfy seating, Smart TV and views over the gardens to the river. Back through the hallway is the kitchen/diner which opens up with a family sized dining table with ample seating and French doors leading out to the rear courtyard, the galley style kitchen is well fitted and offers a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Another door leads out from the kitchen to the rear courtyard garden. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom two double rooms both with great river views. The bathroom is stylish and has a bath with shower over and WC. Stairs lead up to the second floor with a further two bedrooms one king-size with two Velux windows affording superb views across the village to the estuary and the village of Instow on the other side. A twin room also with superb river views. The shower room with shower and WC sits between these rooms.

Stepping outside there is a pretty courtyard area with garden furniture leading up a few steps to a lawn area with further seating, BBQ and a summer house, ideal for relaxing. There is an allocated parking for one car,  additional parking can be found roadside nearby (subject to availability) or in the village public car park

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
