Wander into the main bright lounge which has a beautiful bay window, feature fireplace, and TV with DVD player, a great spot for the family to meet and compete with plans for day trips. Unwind in the second cosy lounge, while cooks, gourmets and gourmands will love the bespoke country kitchen - perfectly sized for family feasts at the sturdy kitchen dining table. There's a handy utility room with laundry appliances and a door to the rear garden. You'll also find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite, and a separate family bathroom on the ground floor while upstairs there are two shower rooms and (up a further flight of stairs) three king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), and a twin room. Outside, there's ample off-road parking available, a small lawned front garden and a spacious lawned rear garden with two steps up to a decked area where there's a wood-fired hot tub and a BBQ hut with seating, a favourite weather-proof spot for group gatherings around the BBQ to toast marshmallows and chat about the day.

My only criticism is the lack of instruction and guidance for the hot tub. After one use the water was quite sour smelling and when I contacted the owner he informed me that the tub should be emptied after every use! The tap for the tub is apparently below the wood burner which was already hot so inaccessible! To fill and empty a large hot tub afteRead morer every use would have taken up our whole holiday! Not impressed. Hide

We stayed for one week and had a lovely time. We were lucky with the weather and also done lots of walking around Inverness town centre. Maybe look at installing sky/BT or virgin TV Netflix on there WiFi. if weather was poorer. Also maybe have some information leaflets for tourists attractions for local area

Overall ok, however, and poor standard of televisions in the property. The dining table in the kitchen was cramped when all 9 were dining.
