Step up to the main entrance where you're greeted with a spacious hallway and traditional country style. Wander into the main bright lounge which has a beautiful bay window, feature fireplace, and TV with DVD player, a great spot for the family to meet and compete with plans for day trips. Unwind in the second cosy lounge, while cooks, gourmets and gourmands will love the bespoke country kitchen - perfectly sized for family feasts at the sturdy kitchen dining table. There's a handy utility room with laundry appliances and a door to the rear garden. You'll also find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite, and a separate family bathroom on the ground floor while upstairs there are two shower rooms and (up a further flight of stairs) three king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), and a twin room. Outside, there's ample off-road parking available, a small lawned front garden and a spacious lawned rear garden with two steps up to a decked area where there's a wood-fired hot tub and a BBQ hut with seating, a favourite weather-proof spot for group gatherings around the BBQ to toast marshmallows and chat about the day.

The house is set in a fabulous location just a few hundred metres from the popular Eden Court Theatre and Cinema, and just half a mile from the Hall of Names. The lively city of Inverness also has a fantastic range of wonderful restaurants, pubs, independent shops and art galleries for you to explore and enjoy. Among the many other attractions are Inverness Castle and St Andrew's Cathedral (both within a mile). From Inverness you can take boat trips out into Moray Firth in search of dolphins. There are also numerous activities to enjoy including sailing, canoeing and kayaking. Away from the city you can visit historic sites including Loch Ness (8 miles), Castle Stuart (8 miles), Urquhart Castle (16 miles), Fort George (14 miles), Cawdor Castle and Gardens (15 miles), the mysterious thousand-year old Bronze Age Clava Cairns (7.5 miles) and Culloden Battlefield – the site of the famous 1745 battle (6.5 miles). There are plenty of opportunities for cyclists and for anglers, including the Dunlichity Trout Fishery (9.5 miles). There are also a number of whisky distilleries to visit throughout the area. Golfers will be spoilt for choice with a number of nearby courses to choose from including Torvean (1 miles), Fairways (2.5 miles) and Aigas (15 miles).
