Whether you’re celebrating a birthday or anniversary together or simply inviting the extended family to enjoy a short break, the pretty village of Grasmere offers an abundance of thrilling activities to fill your days close by. Pack your hiking boots or mountain bikes and explore the Lake District’s namesake lakes or challenging mountain peaks. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom being a king-size with the luxury touch of its own en-suite. Two further doubles offer similar comfort and fresh white linens, whilst a bunk bedroom is the best spot for children to enjoy a sleepover night. Great property and stunning location. Perfect for walking to Grasmere and the surrounding fells. Stayed with a group of 8 adults and the only flaw is not enough seating for 8 without someone needing to sit on the floor or a dining chair.

This house has amazing views and is in a lovely position to walk around the area and into Grassmere too. There is enough space and rooms for everyone to spread out and not crowd together all the time. The beds are very comfortable & all linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough cutlery & crockery to be used & placRead moreed in the dishwasher without washing up after every meal. The house was very clean & well maintained. The area is quiet with very little traffic. Hide
