You will find the washing machine, fridge/freezer and a handy separate WC in the utility hall by the back door . Natural light floods in as you enjoy chatting with friends and family whilst embracing the most stunning of views towards the rolling Denbigh Valley. The first floor dormer bedroom has a double bed, sofa, dressing area and en-suite shower room with WC. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor one king-size, one double and one twin, all designed to enhance a good nights sleep.
