Explore on foot the many choices of your surroundings including the South West Coastal path and within walking distance of the beach, you’ll be able to wander down to the water’s edge and enjoy a day relaxing on the sand. Take a trip to one of the other fantastic nearby beaches by car, including Gorran Haven, Carlyon Bay, Fowey, and Par Sands. St Austell is just a couple of miles away, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, as well as its famous brewery and the Eden Project, or travel round to Fowey for an idyllic seaside town and experience one of the boat trips available. Visit historic Charlestown or picturesque fishing port of Mevagissey, all within easy reach.

Step into the entrance with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of light throughout. Doors lead to the cloakroom to hang up your belongings and head into the ground floor shower room with shower and WC and wash off the sand from your day at the beach. From the main entrance hall, head into the kitchen/diner with views across the farmland.
