Lovely spacious house, well equipped. Dining room is lovely, lounge is just a little cramped for 8 adults. Location is great for Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Matlock and Matlock Bath. Next door to a factory one side and Garage other side but didn't bother us

Deeley House was comfortable, spacious and well located for the area we wanted to visit. The house had an interesting history too. The owner was friendly and very keen we should enjoy our stay, which we did. Chatsworth nearby and Bolsover Castle worth a visit. Lots of local walks.

We had a lovely weekend at Deeley House. The bedrooms are comfortable (3 have ensuites), the kitchen is well kitted out and there are nice touches like the dog bowls and treats. Sarah had put out special coronation treats to welcome us and she was brilliant, replying immediately to fix a minor problem with the boiler water pressure. A lovely property, very spacious with comfortable beds. Warm, very clean and cosy. Lots of nice Christmas touches around all the rooms. Only drawback is the position next to the A6, very busy road and noisy, sometimes difficult to drive out but once inside, we were not aware of the road at all.

Lovely lay out and beautifully decorated. Very well situated for Matlock and Bakewell. Cleanliness was not great and a couple things need sorting but apart from that it was perfect for my mums birthday weekend.
