The cottage delivered on all levels. Homely, well furnished and a high standard of finish. It's very well stocked with everything you could need and good quality items. The location is remote, there is a pub a 45 minute walk away along the river. That was perfect for us and the scenery and landscape at the back of the garden is beautiful. The gardeRead moren was also very well kept and a great place to enjoy a beer in the evening watching the sun go down. We loved our week in the North Yorkshire Moors. Hide

Great holiday accommodation, very well equipped. Perfect base for us, views outstanding. We wanted a place that was a great base for our walking holiday, this fitted the bill. Very covid safe, as it's totally on its own. Large garden for our dog too.

Its a lovely cottage very comfortable. We couldnt stand the green exit lights every where that stayed alight of course all night. There wasnt enough hot water for 2 guests lets alone 8 as a possibility. No proper hose to wash your dog. The write up suggests lots of walks from the door but not a single suggestion as in most cottages we have stayed. A modern feel to the whole property whilst retaining a sympathetic feel of a country cottage. Very clean and the quality of the furnishings and decor were great. The views were fantastic and walks from the door were plentiful. It's in a very quiet location and although next to the road, the traffic is limited.
