This property is ideally situated just two miles inland from Devon’s north coast. The pretty village of Georgeham is nearby, offering a village shop and two welcoming pubs - perfect for an evening out or a lunchtime pint. One of the best surfing destinations in the country, Croyde Bay, is under two miles from the property, as is the expansive beach of Putsborough Sands. Of course, there are many other beaches within a short drive of the property, including those at Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, and Ilfracombe. For a change of scene, why not enjoy a day out at Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, or Exmoor National Park.

Step inside this stunning property and head towards the rear where the accommodation opens into an open-plan lounge/diner with a fabulous vaulted ceiling and offering comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and wood burner, plus a cosy reading corner. The dining area is equally well-appointed and from here a set of bi-folding doors leading to outside mean that you can enjoy meals in the open air with ease during warm weather. Located close by is the perfectly appointed kitchen and this offers informal dining at the breakfast bar alongside a great selection of appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher; and in addition to this there is also a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer, located back towards the front door. Completing the offering on the ground floor is the first of the beautiful bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. Venture up the stairs and onto the first floor where you will find the rest of the bedrooms, all three boasting king-size beds, and one with an en-suite shower room with WC. A lovely contemporary bathroom, boasting a double ended bath and WC is the final room inside the property.

Heading outside further highlights await in the shape of a large lawn garden with a generously proportioned patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, and here is the perfect place to dine alfresco in warm weather. A pretty stream running at the base, camp fire area and garden room with working wood burner and table tennis complete the offering.

There is also private off-road parking for three cars directly outside the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
