Walking and cycling are year-round pastimes here with a fabulous choice of footpaths and cycle paths connecting to the Anglesey Coastal Path.
As soon as you approach the property you know you are in for a treat, the front door opens into the hall with little luxuries throughout and creature comforts such as underfloor heating alongside the period features and fabulous coastal views. The stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a lovely space with open fire, chairs, dining table, sofas and access to the garden with stunning views over the Menai Straits. The stylish kitchen is a sociable space with granite work surfaces, electric oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave and all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, with a dishwasher to take care of the washing up. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the lower ground floor utility room. The dining table has plenty of space for everyone to gather round to enjoy a meal together and catch up on each other’s news. Maybe open the French doors and let the outside in, listen to the coastal birds and lapping of the waves at high tide and enjoy the picturesque backdrop. After dinner relax on the sofa and listen to music on the Smart TV or head through to the front parlour with comfortable sofas, TV and open fire. Head down the stairs to the lower ground floor with cinema room perfect for a night at the movies with the Smart TV or play games. There is a separate WC on this floor. When the night draws to close head upstairs and choose from six spacious bedrooms, on the first floor one with super-king-size bed, feature fireplace and bay windows with fabulous uninterrupted views over the Menai Straits, one with a king-size bed, also on this floor is the luxury bathroom with large roll-top bath, separate shower and WC. On the second floor are a further two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed , and the other a double with sea views. There are two shower rooms on this floor, one with a WC. On the third floor a further two spacious bedrooms, both have twin beds. There is a separate WC on this floor.
Stepping outside, you can unwind and relax in the private enclosed paved coastal garden with a sea wall boundary and spectacular uninterrupted views of the Menai Straits and Snowdonia mountains. Listen to the sounds of the coastal birds and boats as they go about their daily routines, a perfect location for alfresco dining and sun downers with the patio furniture and BBQ. To the front of the property is a gated enclosed garden with wrought iron railings. Please note the property is in the town centre, you are able to unload your luggage at the property, parking is available in the public car park 200 metres from the property.

Historians of the group will enjoy the haunting and dramatic Beaumaris Gaol, just 125 metres from the front door, as well as Beaumaris Castle (325 metres). The Beaumaris Treasure Trail starts half a mile away and is the ultimate group activity if you’ve got children with you. Book a boat trip with Seacoast Safaris (160 metres) for panoramic views of Pennon Lighthouse, Puffin Island and Snowdonia and see if you can spot the seals. If you’re looking for more of an adrenaline rush, Plas Menai National Outdoor Centre (10 miles) offers kayaking, windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding which make great group activities.
