With simple yet effective design, be immersed in a sleek, contemporary and modish interior that is incredibly welcoming. Chrome greys, wooden floors and white walls are the backdrop to explosions of colour in the artwork and soft furnishings, creating a bright and cheerful home from home. Comfortably accommodating large numbers, the extra space in the hall and utility room is useful for storing outdoor shoes and clothes. Experience open-plan living at its best in the central living hub, boasting wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast bar is perfect for sipping a glass of wine and having a chat whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen, before gathering everyone together for a sociable dinner time at the large, glass dining table. Light pours in creating a bright and airy space but, as the evening sets in, light the wood burner to create a cosy ambience and retire to the lounge space, a great place to relax for a chit-chat, board games or a movie on the TV/DVD. All four beautifully furnished bedrooms have TVs, ideal for escaping for a moment of solitude when it's required; with a king-size, two doubles and a twin room, a variety of party make-ups are accommodated for. One en-suite shower room and a family bathroom complete the comfortable accommodation. Heading outside from the ground floor, spend hours in the enclosed garden on the sun loungers. Dine alfresco morning, noon and night, marvelling at the wonderful views. There is off-road parking provided for two cars or three upon request.

Nice utility area for ironing, laundry, recycle waste storage, etc., well separated from living and kitchen areas. Superbly appointed house in a quieter bit of Cornwall. The house is without doubt the best equipped that weve ever stayed in (and weve stayed in lots around the world). Couldnt recommend this home more highly. Family stayed for a week. The road leading up to home is narrow so be careful with SUVs. Home has an amazing inventory - they have thought of everything. Living room gets very hot due to glazing but there is a AC unit. Kingsand and Cawsand 5 min drive. Co-op 3 min walk - has everything needed. Local shops veRead morery good. A great property. Brilliant house layout with lovely views over the valley whilst still just a small walk from the village. Everything was very clean and very much appreciated the welcome pack. Local beaches and pubs/restaurants recommended by house owners were excellent.

Well thought out house with great facilities and luxurious touches, especially the bed linen. The panoramic view from the living space made It one of our favourite stays - you could stare out over the village and hills for hours! We will be back!

Just back from a week at Coolroe. The house was spotless and everything you could wish for was there. Karen the housekeeper and Paul the owner were very responsive to any correspondence. The house suited us perfectly - two couples and two dogs. The garden is completely dog proof. We loved the area - so much to do and see - highly recommend Mount EdRead moregcumbe. The Canteen at Maker Heights was fantastic - great pizza delivery service as well as the village chippy! Hide
