Cross the Pebble Ridge to reach the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! for lazy days sandcastle building and sunbathing. Book a private group lesson at the well-regarded surf school or practise your putt on the crazy golf course. The amenities of Westward Ho! village are a level walk from the property with a choice of pubs and restaurants, a small supermarket and selection of local stores. Hop in the saddle for a ride along the Tarka Trail (3 miles), a traffic-free cycle path leading through the beautiful North Devon countryside or hire a flotilla of kayaks for a leisurely paddle along the River Torridge.

 

Pull into the gated entrance of your coastal cottage, step out of your vehicle and breathe in the refreshing sea air. With a light and airy feel, your holiday home is decorated in cool tones to reflect its seaside location, creating a calm and peaceful environment. Your property has two separate kitchen areas, offering flexibility with catering. This is the second time we have stayed at Codaro and it lived up to expectations. We love everything about it and will be back. It is a gorgeous property in an excellent location. The small details really made our break away special and were trolly appreciated.

A great option for our family of grandparents, parents and children aged 7 - 12 years old. Perfect short walk to the beach, food and bars. Great location with good parking for 4 cars and easy access to shops and beach. Poor WiFi let's the property down but overall easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic large house right next to Northam Burrows Country Park which you can access from the front gate! A couple of minutes walk across the park and you are at the beach. Plenty of rooms in the house. 5 bedrooms - 1 is a small bunk bed room which can we accessed from either side of the house. 2 sets of stairs, 2 kitchens! 2 living areas. We recently enjoyed a week's stay at Codaro with a large family group (age range 12-69). House ideally suited as there was room for all with plenty of communal space. It was well equipped and everything was there. It was clean and tidy and there was a lovely welcome gift on our arrival. If you are only staying here for the location then the property is great. Easy access to all that Westward Ho! Has to offer. The table football is also a bonus. However everything else lets the place down, it feels unloved and shabby and would benefit from some investment. Whilst the property was beautifully located it could do with some attention and bringing up to date. The white goods all appeared to be second hand or cast offs. The oven took ages to heat up and didn't cook properly. The tumble dryer leaked water the one occasion we used it. The cleaners need to ensure the property is fully locked up when they leaRead moreve.
